1. Visit the Platform

Go to www.everestpropertyfinder.com on your desktop, tablet, or mobile device.

2. Choose Your Role

  • Buyer/Renter – Search for homes, land, commercial properties.

  • Agent/Developer – List properties and connect with leads.

  • Individual Seller – Post your home, land, or property directly.

🔹 For Property Seekers (Buyers & Renters)

Step 1: Search for Properties

  • Use the Search Bar on the homepage.

  • Filter by Location, Property Type, Budget, Bedrooms, Amenities, or Keywords.

  • Use “Advanced Search” to narrow your results.

Step 2: View Listings

Click on a property card to:

  • View property details, amenities, location map, and price.

  • Check image gallery or virtual tours (if available).

  • Read the agent/owner description and availability.

Step 3: Contact the Seller or Agent

  • Use the Contact Form on the listing.

  • Or call/email directly using the contact info provided.

  • Schedule viewings using the “Book a Visit” option.

Step 4: Save Favorites

  • Create an account to save listings.

  • Click on the “♥ Save” icon to revisit later.

Step 5: Report or Flag Suspicious Listings

  • Click “Report Abuse” if a listing seems suspicious or inaccurate.

  • Our team will investigate and take action immediately.

🔹 For Agents, Developers & Individual Sellers

Step 1: Create an Account

  • Click on “Register” at the top right.

  • Choose an account type: Agent, Developer, or Individual Seller.

  • Fill in your details and verify via email.

Step 2: Create Your Profile

  • Add your business name, logo, contact info, and professional bio.

  • Profiles help build trust with clients and increase visibility.

Step 3: List a Property

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click on “Add New Listing”.

  3. Enter:

    • Title (e.g., “3-Bedroom Flat in Ikoyi”)

    • Price

    • Property Type

    • Features (parking, swimming pool, security, etc.)

    • Upload high-quality photos and videos

    • Add a clear property description

    • Select map location accurately

Step 4: Manage Your Listings

  • From your dashboard, you can:

    • Edit existing listings

    • Delete sold/rented properties

    • Upgrade to a featured listing

    • Track views and inquiries

Step 5: Upgrade for Premium Exposure

  • Choose a Premium Plan to:

    • Feature listings on the homepage

    • Get priority in search results

    • Access listing analytics and performance stats

    • Gain access to promoted posts and targeted campaigns
