Property Listing Guidelines

1. Purpose

These Property Listing Guidelines are intended to maintain listing quality, improve user experience, and promote trust and transparency across Everest Property Finder.

All users must comply with these guidelines when publishing property listings.


2. Listing Accuracy

All listings must contain accurate and truthful information.

Property information should include:

  • Correct property title
  • Accurate location
  • Genuine pricing
  • Property features
  • Property specifications
  • Property status

False or misleading information is prohibited.


3. Property Ownership and Authorization

Users may only list properties if they:

  • Own the property; or
  • Have authorization to market the property.

Users may be required to provide proof of authorization upon request.


4. Property Images

All uploaded images must:

  • Represent the actual property
  • Be clear and professional
  • Not contain misleading content
  • Not infringe copyright

The use of stock photos as the primary property image is prohibited.


5. Property Descriptions

Descriptions should be:

  • Accurate
  • Informative
  • Professional
  • Relevant to the property

Descriptions must not contain:

  • False claims
  • Offensive language
  • Spam content
  • Misleading statements

6. Pricing Requirements

Property prices must:

  • Reflect actual asking prices
  • Be current and accurate
  • Not be intentionally misleading

Listings with fake pricing may be removed.


7. Duplicate Listings

Duplicate listings are not permitted.

Multiple listings for the same property may be removed without notice.


8. Prohibited Listings

The following listings are prohibited:

  • Non-existent properties
  • Fraudulent listings
  • Misleading listings
  • Illegal properties
  • Scam-related listings

9. Listing Maintenance

Property owners, agents, and agencies are responsible for keeping listings updated.

Users should promptly update:

  • Sold properties
  • Rented properties
  • Price changes
  • Property availability

10. Listing Removal

Everest Property Finder reserves the right to remove any listing that:

  • Violates these guidelines
  • Receives verified complaints
  • Contains inaccurate information
  • Breaches applicable laws
