Welcome to Everest Property Finder, Africa’s premier real estate listing and search platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our website, services, and tools, whether as a guest, registered user, agent, or developer.
By accessing or using the Everest platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the Everest Property Finder website and any affiliated mobile or web services.

• User: Any individual or entity that uses the platform, including property seekers, agents, developers, and advertisers.

• Agent/Developer: A registered real estate professional or firm using the platform to list and market properties.

• Listing: A property advertisement uploaded by an agent, developer, or user.

• Service: Any feature, tool, or function provided by Everest, including but not limited to listings, contact forms, analytics, and subscriptions.

• Subscription Plan: Any paid package that enhances listing visibility or account privileges.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Everest platform:

• You agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Eligibility and Registration

5.2 Individual Sellers

Are:

5.3 Agents and Developers

Can:

• Upload unlimited listings based on subscription

• Use analytics, CRM tools, and marketing features

Must:

• Be registered businesses or licensed professionals

• Comply with local real estate laws and regulations

6. Property Listings and Content

6.1 Accuracy

You warrant that:

• All information in listings is true, current, and not misleading.

• You own or have permission to list the property.

• You will update or remove outdated listings.

6.2 Prohibited Listings

You may not:

• List properties that don’t exist

• Upload offensive, fraudulent, or unlawful content

• Include personal contact info in images or titles to bypass platform systems

6.3 Media Uploads

You grant Everest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use your photos, videos, and descriptions for marketing purposes

• Reformat or resize content for site optimization

7. Account Security and User Conduct

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure

• Not share access credentials

• Notify Everest immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not:

• Post false reviews

• Spam other users

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) on the site

Everest reserves the right to investigate and suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

8. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Free features include:
